Inspect AI Pro is an AI report writer for home inspectors. You type the shorthand notes you already take in the field. The software drafts professional report language, organizes it in the report, and you generate a PDF. It is a report writer, not a full inspection-business platform.

You enter field shorthand such as "kitchen sink leaks under cabinet (safety)". The AI drafts a professional observation and places it in the report. You review the draft, then generate a branded PDF for your client and their agent. You can save your own report templates and import inspection data exported from Home Inspector Pro (HIP).
Inside the app you generate a PDF from the report you reviewed. Branding such as your logo and template settings is applied in the app. A fictional before-and-after sample, clearly marked as not a real client, is on the sample report page.
Yes. Export your inspection data from Home Inspector Pro as a .hzf or .zip file, then use Import from HIP in the Inspections menu of the app.
No. There is no Inspection Support Network (ISN) sync, no client booking calendar, and no embeddable scheduler. Book a Demo on this website only requests a product demonstration with Site Wise. It is not a scheduler for your inspection business.
No. Inspect AI Pro does not include inspection agreements, electronic signatures, or a repair-request builder.
No. You still perform the inspection and decide what the report says. The AI drafts language from your notes. You review that draft before you send the PDF.
