How does the AI interpret my shorthand notes?

It's simple. You type notes just as you would in the field. For example, you might write: "kitchen sink leaks under cabinet (safety concern)". Our AI does the rest:

  • Categorization: It understands "kitchen sink" belongs in the "Kitchen" category and "Plumbing" section of your report.
  • Observation Writing: It expands your note into a professional, client-friendly observation, like: "A water leak was observed from the plumbing beneath the kitchen sink. This can lead to moisture damage and potential microbial growth."
  • Severity Assignment: Based on your keyword "(safety concern)", it marks the item with the appropriate severity level in the final report.
How much time will I actually save?

  • Customize the layout and content of the cover page.
  • Create and save multiple report templates for different inspection types (e.g., residential, commercial, pre-listing).
Does this work with my other software like ISN or HIP?

Yes. We designed Inspect AI Pro to fit into your existing workflow.

  • Inspection Support Network (ISN): Sync your ISN bookings directly into the app. When you complete a report, it can be automatically sent back to your ISN account.
  • Home Inspector Pro (HIP): You can import inspection data from HIP (.hzf or .zip files) to get a head start on your reports.

  • When a booking is made, you, the client, and the agent all receive instant email confirmations.
  • You can even embed the scheduler directly onto your own website with a simple copy-and-paste code snippet.
